Since the release of Xbox One Backward Compatibility with the New Xbox One Experience it has been one of the most popular features included in the update. Xbox fans have been enjoying the opportunity to play some of their favorite Xbox 360 titles on their Xbox One, with more titles being added regularly to the list of available games.
You Can Now Play Xbox 360 Game Black Ops On Your Xbox One
Not only that but you can buy it for cheap if you don’t already own it. Microsoft has been hinting at it for over six months now, but the first Call Of Duty: Black Ops has now been added to the list of Xbox 360 games that will run on the Xbox One. Microsoft is doing his best attempt to regain market stolen by PS4 and big franchise games release like Uncharted 4 A Thief’s End.
To get Blacks Ops running all you need to do is insert the original disc to get it to work. But if you can’t find that, or never owned it, Xbox Live Gold members can currently download it for just $15.
As for future Xbox 360 titles that this new feature might allow Microsoft to support on the Xbox One, the move does open the door for Mass Effect 2 and 3—the first game in the series is supported on the Xbox One, but not its sequels. The RPG Lost Odyssey might also find new life on the Xbox One. And perhaps The Last Remnant? L.A. Noire?
